Hand-shaped loaves, buttery pastries, and single-origin espresso — made daily at our Lee Street bakery in the heart of Franklinton.
Baked fresh every morning

Red Brick Cafe started with one sourdough starter, a second-hand deck oven, and a conviction that Franklinton deserved a place where bread meant something again — where you could taste the time it took.
We're on Lee Street because this is where we live. The neighborhood shapes what we make: slow, honest, and built to be shared. Nothing comes from a factory. Nothing arrives frozen. If it's on the counter, we made it — usually before dawn.
Our coffee is roasted locally and poured by people who know the difference between a good shot and a great one. Our pastries are butter-forward and unapologetic. Our coffee is strong enough to wake you and smooth enough to keep you.
